Pursuant to the EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR (hereinafter the “Regulation”), this page describes the methods for processing the personal data of users who consult the ATSRelab website accessible electronically at www.atscom.it (hereinafter “Site”).
This information applies only to the Site and not to other websites, pages or online services accessible by the user via hypertext links that may be published on the Site but referring to resources external to the ATSRelab domain.

The main purpose of the Site is to present the services and products of ATSRelab, providing detailed information to users.
The personal data processed by the Site belong to the following categories:
Navigation data
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in the submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact address of ATSRelab, the private messages sent by users to the profiles / institutional pages on social media, as well as filling out and submission of forms present on the Site, involve the acquisition of the contact details of the sender, necessary to answer, as well as all the personal data included in the communications.
ATSRelab may collect the following personal data provided voluntarily by the user:

Purpose: Personal data is used to manage the application proposed by the user
-Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures of which the interested party is a part

Data recipients and transfers to third countries
Personal data collected by ATSRelab through the Site is not transmitted to third parties.
Rights of interested parties
The interested parties have the right to obtain from ATSRelab, in foreseen cases, access to their personal data, the correction or cancellation or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulations). The request of the interested party is presented by contacting the ATSRelab DPO at dpo@atsrelab.com.
Right to complain
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this Site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, as provided for by art. 77 of the same Regulation, or to take the appropriate judicial seats (art. 79 of the Regulation).
Existence of automated decision-making processes
The data communicated by the user through this site are not subject to any automatic decision-making process.
Modification of privacy information
ATSRelab reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain the indication of the update date.

No cookies are used to transmit information about personal data.
Not even persistent cookies of any type, or methods to track users’ access, are used.
Usage of so-called session cookies (which are not persistently stored on users’ PCs and are usually deleted on browser close) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers required to allow a safe and efficient web-site navigation.
The above mentioned session cookies used in ATSRelab website avoid usage of other informatics methods which might threaten browsing privacy, and do not acquire personal data enabling users’ identification.
Optional delivery of personal data
Aside from what is specific to navigation data, as explained above, personal data required in forms and website sections prepared to manage on-demand services may be provided or not, depending on the user’s free choice.
Anyway missing data may prevent us from being able to answer to user’s requests.
Modality of data treatment and security measures
Personal data are managed through automatic or manual tools, only for the time strictly necessary to carry out the activity for which they were collected.

Users’ rights
Persons whose personal data may be known to ATSRelab, as possible consequence of website access, according to the classification given above, at any moment have the right to check the existence of such data in ATSRelab, to know data contents and origin, to verify their exactness or to ask for integration, updates, or modification, as stated in Art.7 of “Privacy Rules”.
Interested persons have the right to ask for data deletion, for making personal data anonymous, and in any case to take position against data treatment.
